Deze informatie zal de geldschieter helpen na te gaan of u zich de maandelijkse kosten van uw Portugese hypotheek comfortabel kunt veroorloven. Een bank zal ook rekening houden met het netto-inkomen van elke aanvrager, bevestigd door loon-\/pensioenstrookjes, belastingaangifte en bankafschriften.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bestaande schulden.<\/strong>  De kredietgever zal bevestiging vragen door middel van een kredietrapport of een lening\/hypotheekverklaring om uw maandelijkse vaste verplichtingen voor bestaande verplichtingen zoals hypotheken, persoonlijke leningen en creditcards te analyseren.<\/p>\n<p>Werkverleden. De kredietverstrekker zal een bewijs van uw huidige werk verlangen in de vorm van een referentiebrief van de werkgever. Banken lenen momenteel tussen 60-80% van de taxatieprijs. Wij nemen contact op met de sleutelhouder en regelen een bezoek aan de woning met de aangewezen technicus.
