Portugal is a diverse country surrounded by a pristine coastline, stunning beaches and idyllic countryside. The cost of living is a fraction compared to other European countries. Portugal is easy to reach from all over Europe. My name is Silke Lang, I came to Portugal in 2016. Initially we rented ours. After about 2 years we bought it and completely renovated it. I did not consult an attorney for the documentation. I also managed half through a bank here in Portugal. Registration with the city and new deeds applied for at the relevant offices for banks and notaries. After some time I also understood the need to start a company like L1 Real Estate because with my experience I can help people solve the problems when they want to move to Portugal. I've already done this for friends, why not expand and develop the idea further and help more people? I understand the unique challenge of moving to another country because I've experienced it myself. My experience and language skills in Portuguese, German, English, Italian and Spanish make my work with clients easier. I was born in Mönchengladbach, grew up in Germany and England, spent time in Sardinia (Italy) and Gran Canaria (Spain) and now live mostly in Portugal. That gave me the opportunity to get to know the systems of all countries. The aim of L1 Real Estate is to find the right property for you and to make moving to Portugal easier, as moving to other countries requires a lot of effort and visits to officials, which can be tedious and time-consuming. No matter how big or small your problem, let us help you find the solution so you don't have to. What we cannot solve ourselves, we delegate to our professional partner.
